[Suggestion] Skills Menu should default to Custom tab.

Once you've set your skill set in the custom tab (ie: there's something in it), the skill gump should default to that tab whenever opened. Almost every case where I've opened the skill gump I've been looking for something from within my existing template. One less click over dozens of uses is a good thing.
