I was wondering what the base intensity for their throwing and mysticism are. Since they don't have the JoaT base level (20%) on all powers, but they do have a non-zero base on Throwing and Mysticism, I'd hope that those would have a base of 30%. Does anyone know?

What I'd really like to see is a base of 30% on five powers:

* Throwing
* Mysticism
* Imbuing
* Eval Int
* ItemId

It's not asking for a lot when compared to the human JoaT. I do understand that you'd have to build more than 30% actual skill on these powers if you wanted to actually raise the skill level.

Mysticism = 30% (which is nice)
Throwing, I've asked the same question. They get a "basic" knowledge, but I have yet to hear if they actually get 20% skill or not.
Imbuing- they just get a slight bonus over the other races. I don't remember the % (was it 2%?).
