Buying Weapons Simple Splinter Weapons

I would prefer 15/20 splintering weapons. I might consider a 10 splintering weapon. They can have mage weapon, fast casting, spell channeling. With a random mod that I can imbue down. I will be imbuing this so it doesn't matter if it doesn't have fast casting or something I'll imbue it but it's just a wanted mod on that. Icq me with any weapons that fit this. I want this on Atlantic. Might be able to get some transfers from places just let me know via ICQ -
