Silver Sapling Seed Bug

One of my chars can not use the Silver Sapling See. It worked once for that char and for over a month now she can not use a seed and I can not get any GM or EA responses. Anyone else have this bug?? Any ideas how I can get around it?

Was it stacked with other seeds? There was (is?) a bug that if you stacked them and removed one, it was no longer functional.

I have the same problem, and yes it was stacked with another one.....sucks
