Actually its a fairly common ring a few hundred K
Hard to say, but I'd guess 15-40m depending how rich the buyer is. I think a good target figure is 25m. At first glance, the LRC does not appear to be the ideal 5th mod, but it may all work out. I think that the other 4 mods will stand alone quite well in any case.
