Buying Armor Shield with Spell Chan no pen 7+DCI 12+fire eater 4+lmc other mods

12+ Fire Eater
4+ lower mana cost

could also do 20dci on shield with no lmc

other mods desireable. can be brittle, reforged, anything. Already have one with spell chan/no pen 15dci 12 fire eater 4 lmc but looking to improve on it.
