I found several books all titled "an unwelcome truth" by anonymous

The "truths" so far -

Fern Goodfellow shops for clothing at Britmart

Handalf is actually a duck (an ugly one at that)

Ta'lin Birdsong is the mastermind of a blackrock smuggling ring

and my favorite - Sluggy Freelance was caught stealing milk money in the 3rd grade while attending the Sosarian School of the Not so Gifted

(in my defense it was the 2nd grade and I forgot to pack a lunch that day so hmph!)

Since I don't have a wealthy husband (dead or alive), I'm being recruited for all of the manual labor jobs it takes to get a house ready for sale and with that, I don't have much UO play time. Nevertheless, I'm making sure to find time to read the stratics website just to have a good laugh for the day. God knows, the world has become so uptight and there's nothing like some good humor to keep us smiling. PLEASE keep these wonderful threads coming everyone!

Valek Typhoon was once in the Blackthorn Youth and repeatedly cited for peeing in the public pool

Sir Astro was actually named after Elroy Jetson's dog and likes to run around pretending to have a little jet pack strapped to his back

Duke Hast Mich once bribed a Yew judge to dismiss charges of trying to solicit a certain chicken in drag (nothing perverted here folks he was only trying to lure the chicken home in order to cook it)

Hell I've been trying to do the same thing for years

I found out that The Slug has a side job as art director at the Louvre. The French really do love their slugs.

Handalf spends a lot of time with dogs, but for all the wrong reasons.

The sad part is how I ended up in Paris. I had a dalliance with this cute lil escargo. I didn't know she was married, I swear! Hell I didn't even realize that snails were manogamous creatures

You know I was just thinkin about it (yes I'm slow) and that really would Handalf's fascination with "backless" leather chicken chaps.
