I believe Orvago said bumping a thread more frequently than once in 24 hours by the same person is on the no-no list now, not that all thread bumps are illegal.

Correct, but since it is being discussed (see Re: Bumps thread), leniency will be given as well as it may take time for people to get used to change. I'm not going all "Nazi" towards Bumps.
