Hmmm.. I should get back into the hosue market.. Many 18x18 spots in Tram Napa are open. And I do not charge people for them.. Might start a 4th account and do some placing and selling..
Good luck getting the GP's for this..
I think you will be lucky to get 1.5mill to 2mill for it..

Definitely true on our shard, but Napa is very different than Atlantic in this regard. It's quite possible the asking price is fair, imo, though I have never played Atlantic myself.
