its a kilt that reads

"an official legends tartan"

came from a season 4 event which was reciting a personally written poem. It didnt have to be anything fancy because my friend in it recited a haiku off the top of his head and got one (along with the hagus and something else).

unfortunatly it is of replical color. the two tone blue/greenish bod color (sorry no screeny)
