Well, the pvp set probably would want some SSI on it, even though it will swing at max speed with any decent dex (stam goes down with damage taken). They would also want high hit spell (not area).

The pvm set wants to do more damage than a cleaver can provide.

So, given the mods are nice but not the best mix, I'm going to say 2-15 and I'd personally start it at about 8 and see what happens, if anything.

That said, I'll note that weapons like these are impossible to price as it's truly a "one man's trash is another man's treasure" type of market for them.
