General Scroll of Transcendence bp drop message not triggered

When killing champion spawn creatures you have a chance to receive powerscrolls, which gives the journal message "You have received a scroll of power!". But also theres a chance you can receive a SoT. However when one drops in your bp you do NOT get the msg "You have received a Scroll of Transcendence!" I figure this is a bug?
