The Scepter of the Chief is a Peerless Artifact mace that only can be gotten from the corpse of Chief Paroxysmus. The one-handed Mace Fighting weapon is fairly rare.

Ya but us tamers do not do that encounter so there are not as many as other drops.

how much is one worth? if we are talking 100mill i would try, but 10mill isn't worth the time
