Sampire Anient wyrm question

I have never tried killing ancient wyrms (was too scared after it ate my treasure hunter a few times) but i'd like to hunt some. My template is:

swords bush tactics 120
anatomy/resist parry necro 100
chiv 85

My suit:
75/73/71/72/77 in vamp form
HCI 45
DCI 20
SSI 20 (25 with city deal)
DI 45
LMC 45
HLD 30

Stats:
Stam 189
HP 141
Mana 61

My weapon:
Bladed staff - Dragon Slayer HLL 100 HML 75 DI 50 HSL 50
Bladed staff 2 - Dragon slayer HML 100, DI 50, HSL 50 HLA 50

I've got a few questions:
1) How do You rate my chances?
2) Anatomy or resist spells 100? Or maybe 100 anatomy, 84 resist spells, chiv 0?
3) weapon 1 or weapon 2?
4) Where is the best place? Fel side would be nice because i have 0 luck (fel + honor bonus)
5) Any other tips would be great

it was much easier than i thaught. actually i could use any of mentioned templates and weapons without much difference - honor, evasion and a few AIs. i thaught it will be more challenging.

btw are paragon aws harder than para balrons?

Para aws are a little easier then para barons....in my opinion. But it has been a while since I farmed either. Grt dragons are often much harder the AWs for me.
