Typically a sampire jewel would also have some Damage Increase on there. Personally all of my suits do anyways so I don't need to mod on my weapon. That said, I'm sure some people would be able to use but it won't fetch top dollar like the ones with DI would. I paid 30m for one that had similar mods (remove +5 stam and add DI) on ATL for what it's worth.
big bucks comes from clean di 25+ 10 ssi, 15 hci, and skills in chiv/parry/necro. hit those 4 mods with more stats/skills/dci is bueno. avoid skills in tactics/swords/resist/anatomy, as those get stoned off/lower onslaught damage on meta sampire builds
