I do not have one, am also trying to get one but have been told they can be got via Inscription BOD Rewards. That might be the best way to attain one on here.
If you still need this recipe, give me a minute or two tonight. I'm 99% sure I have the LBOD to fill to get points for it. Do you want to message me your character name and time for this evening?
