For those of you whom may be unfamiliar with it, we used to run Rollcalls on Uhall almost nightly--courtesy of Spinkickr, initially. It was a way to keep in touch with our late-night buds, find out what everyone was up to, and make merry whilst everyone else snoozed.

I got sick this weekend, and 'attacked' by some random rodent (it squeeked at me, and ran over my naked foot!) when I was outside last night lookin' at the moon. The two aren't related, though, teehee.

BTW, Cartography really really sucks. So incredibly boring.

Mine was...interesting. I was descended upon by six unnannounced houseguests on Friday. The bizarre part was that they were two different groups who had NOT consulted with each other before driving to my place. *grins* So I spent the weekend washing 10000 coffee cups, feeding folks, entertaining them, and rustling up places for them to sleep. They left...but now, tonight, I have been graced with yet another houseguest--I guess to take up any slack that the other six may have left. *laughs*

Gotta admit I'm a wee bit tired. It was fun, though /php-bin/shared/images/icons/smile.gif

I'm here. I'm trying to track something down, but it keeps getting away from me. We bought my daughters 'Finding Nemo' this weekend. They actually took a break in their daily "Daddy can we watch Spider-Man?" routine and started on the "mine, mine, mine, mine, mine, mine, mine, mine, mine, mine,"*** routine.

This week we celebrated my dad's 70th birthday, which is extra poignant this year considering he just went through a bout of radiation treatment for prostate cancer and seems to be doing fine. Hopefully he'll be around for another 30 years or so /php-bin/shared/images/icons/smile.gif

And I'm giving lots of thought to whether or not I should reactivate my 4th account JUST to be able to place a house on Siege. $52 sound so much more than $39.

Hi all! I'm here and have had a blast this weekend discussing the ever widening subject of something.. though I believe nothing is of more importance.

Well, I am here too... although it is not night here anymore and I am back at work after a week holiday.

Weekend was absolutly beautiful this weekend. Had highs in the 70's for a change. Texas weather is so hot most the time. We get six or seven months of almost summery weather! I went to an arts and crafts show while the boyfriend and his boys got to go to the TexRenFest. I wanted to go! Wasn't invited on the father/son trip... ;(

ohh I am here! Except its Monday.. I didin't see this post last night when I was surfing.

My weekend was good. I didn't leave my house once. I played UO all day Saturday and Sunday, and rested. It was a good weekend.

My weekend was unusual ! It began with a 70 ft semi truck arriving here to unload 4320 pounds of my parents things ! /php-bin/shared/images/icons/smile.gif I been spending the ENTIRE weekend trying to sort thru the forest of boxes, crates, furniture in transported plastic wrap and well I cant move ! I cant get at my own stuff so I ordered a pizza delivered cuz my own stove and mircrowaves are behind tons of stuffs !

Last nite was nuke it tv dinner cuz I made headway and emptied all the boxes in front of my microwave at least ! /php-bin/shared/images/icons/smile.gif

I may NOT be able to save my parents home, and mom won't ever get to go back to it to live cuz with Alzthemers even with great health its not safe for her to life alone no more thus the nursing home is safer for her. But dangit I sure brought most of the contents of their home HERE before $$ runs out or before someone buys it cuz I did have to put it up for sale ! Once I make some headway on the easy stuff, then we can begin the bigger things and basically *warehouse* some of it for my kids my brother etc. and I will keep all what I want cuz it memories ! /php-bin/shared/images/icons/smile.gif I also luckily had the past 3 days off, today too, so that helps !

My parents had BEAUTIFUL paintings all over their home, well now my place looks like an art gallery ! /php-bin/shared/images/icons/smile.gif Figured those are nearly all BIG sizes, and in the way but light weight all in huge cardboard boxes and easiest things of all to unpack em and just hang em all up here which I finished doing yesterday ! /php-bin/shared/images/icons/smile.gif

So it has been a BUSY WEEKEND and far from done with all this IN MY WAY probably be in the way for a long time yet, hehe but I would rather we had it than to let it all go ! One by one the kids will come and take OUT of here something they want from their grandparents stuffs and my brother well he said he would show but if he dont I AM KEEPING HIS TRAINS lol /php-bin/shared/images/icons/smile.gif

Weekend did prove fortuitous, much relaxing was acheived by all, and Now I am spending my day off working furiously on a project which I should have been working on for the past 3 months. Vive le Procrastination
