General Retrieving bonded pet

In champ areas and some dungeons it's not possible to use a pet ball to retrieve a bonded pet, this is intended.

However players are able to bypass this by unstableing the pet and logging out and in in the no pet ball zone to retrieve the pet.

If you can't summon it with a pet ball, you should not be able to retrieve it by logging in and out.
