Resizing house Placed in last 7 days

Today i placed a house down, but i didnt get it in the right spot. I would like to resize it b4 I put all my stuff in it. The house placement tool says 7 days b4 placement. Will i be able to place another house if i resize my current one?

It worked on test center but the housing is different there so im not sure.

Timer is for recieving a new home ONLY.Anyone can place non stop as long as you have no other homes on acct. So resize all you wish.
