Relic Question

What gives the best loot to get relics?

I have tried Great Dragons, Blood Elementals, Paragon Blood Elementals, Poison Elementals & Paragon Poison Elementals.

Does it have to be a Artifact to get one?

Also been trying Swoops with no luck yet.

I am up to 105.0 so I know I can unravel it if I can find the items.

I got one ring from miasma that I can't unravel yet, so has to be a relic. Other than that, I did get several minor artifacts that I am saving to unravel. I get about one an hour from swoops and miasma.
