Anyone tried to reforge damage increase lately? I've gone through approx 200 charges each dull and shadow runic hammers with no hit to damage increase above what was already there, 36% human no arms lore. Or am i simply using the wrong hammer? Looking at semmerset's charts they should work. And I've tried with and without powerful.
