[General] Reforging - 150 Luck on Leather

I'm very new to reforging, but I'm trying to figure out how to re-forge just 150 luck to a piece of leather as the only mod, so I can imbue 4 other. Is it possible, and/or difficult?

If it is incredibly difficult or rare, I heard that it can be much easier to do with metal?

Any help is appreciated.

I think it's impossible. Horned runic is too powerful to get just 150 luck. But you can get 150 luck + a mod you were going to imbue.

With a copper runic you can get 150 luck.

Possible with a Horned runic, but reasonably difficult - possibly 30 attempts per piece?

which template are you going to use with the suit? perhaps this can help you making it instead of using leather
