Please explain to me what it automatically teleporting to NM means exactly... Like when he dies? Or when you get him out from the stable?

When the imp moves by follow command etc., the imp teleports to N.Magincia.
In that case, I go near the imp and cast a recall to a stable.
Since a bonded imp comes together, I can use stable command.
(Maybe you use a gate near the imp, you can, too.)
