Quick reforge question

Which hammer do I need for 5 Str on metal armour? & should powerful be on or off?

*I swear I have a mental block against remembering reforge stuff...*

It has been a really long while I have reforged str, but I believe shadow with powerful will be enough for 5 STR. Copper without it might do the trick as well.

I think Bealank is correct. Check semmersets reforging chart to be sure. The link on stratics is broken so just google "uo semmerset reforging" and it's the first result.
