For throwing weapon you get lots of velocity when trying to make elemental damage soul glaive.
If you need cyclone - use Banshee one . Cheap and reliable.

Please add that gargish amulet (either blacksmith or stone) will get only color from enhancing, but no property or resist. This will be waste of forged artifact tool.
Tinker made necklace is medable by default(as in the table) Don't need to leave free property to add at mage guild. If need amulet for mage: use tinker one.
Lots of people don't know you can use blacksmith tunics on tinker-made weapon and gear.

Awesome info. Also tunics = Runics ( hate auto correct too).

You can play with it on test server. There are unlimited runic kits in your bank.
Overall adding STR on armor is not very efficient. Max STR on armor is 5 Max on Jewels is 10
Bone armor is rare , but studded Legendary is dropped quite often . You cannot beat that with reforging .
