question for new bard abilities

there is a feedback in the test center forum. the answer is Yes.

this is a definate yes

i stopped training my disco at 115.4 on Origin on my one bard and i got my GGS off of my first disco spell song.

then i got another bout 10 minutes later.

so its a definate yes to skill gain.
