Question about Tigers

My question is about the Rating of wild tigers.

If I read UOCraft.com correctly, it says all 3 skills on a Wild Tiger must be 95% or higher. My Wild Tiger Resist spells was at 93.2% before I tamed it. I put all the numbers on the UOCraft Animal Rating Page. I just completed training his resist spells and that skill would only go to 100.

So, on a Tamed Tiger after training, do the Wrestling and Resist, they were both just under the 95%, skills only go to 100%? Before taming, my Wild Tiger Tactics was at 102.3 (i think), after taming the Tiger, his Tactics is at 90.1. Will this skill only go to 100% also?

As far as im aware all the skills of a tiger will only go up to GM after you've tamed. They dont have high enough skills pre tame for them to ever go over that cap after taming.
