Please help me as soon as possible. I have to make the quest to learn spellewaving. Is the third char that i raise spellweaving. But now i have troubles. At Yew, the arcanists gives me only the quest of the circle of life and the quest for become friends of the Fey. I've made this one and they give me the scroll but i don't learn spellweaving. How can i do?
