problems with Pacific server?

It's 10:30 pacific time, November 12, and for some reason when I try to log into the Pacific shard my screen hangs at the end when I should be connecting to the game. I get past the patch server, the login to Pacific, and click the character I want to log in as, and then nothing. It happens on multiple accounts, and I have no problem with Sonoma - only Pacific.
