I just wanted to say that the shame bows cannot be enhanced for some reason. You get the "this has already been enhanced with special material" sort of message.
Don´t want to spoil anything here, just saying...

I enhanced a 35 SSI bow previously, but it only went to 37 SSI Maybe they 'fixed' it in the patch by just making it impossible to do.
