not many use +tactics some but not a high demand jewel id guess somewhere between 300mil-550mil just a guess depends on how bad someone wants it

imo this bracelet is worthless. overal stats are good the +skill is useless

Necro has always had troubles to fill the skill points. Maybe necro + swords? Just wondering.
