not prepatch. Just no name legendary with 8 good mods. Still can spawn.

Basically all the no names “Legendary” armors , weapon, shield are pre-patched , no matter how many mods on it.

For example, this 100% pre-patched , but 8mods only, you can’t get anything like this now.
