I saw this in my shard and wonder how I can get one. Do I need to grow some plants, or is it just a kind of holiday gift deed?

They come randomly out of the horn of plenty, can get those from the Huntmasters Challenge in Skara Brea.

10 charges, will recharge but only in the month of November.

I also want to note
(in case someone doesn't know)

once it is fully grown (it will be red in color)
you can then click it every day to get a coffee pod
use a grinder and you will get coffee grounds

coffee grounds are used to make fish oil flask
which I make for cooking bods
