Please put area peace back to 5 or 6 second time out.
You did not actually reduce area peace you increased it by 2-3 seconds.

If you get the peace mastery, you will still have the 6 seconds delay like before.

Well although its still not the same i think i make live with it. Its like 6.4 seconds. With Bard Mastery, Thanks for the help.
