Phoenix & efreets spawning with Sicarii

Tis isn't how it was in test center so i have to ask.
was it intended? or did someone just forget to turn off the phoenix and efreet spawn when they turned on sicarii's spawn?

They probably forgot to turn off the spawn from the last event as usual lol.

well if they did forget.. i hope someone reads this very soon and does something about it.
I want to finish my quest , and there is no way i can do that with all that spawn in there
