PC Ornate Axe

I made this axe with maybe nice properties and would like to know the value. I m not certain if it is too slow or if its okay. Thanks for any information.

Hit Mana Leech 49%
Swing Speed Increase 25%
Damage Increase 40

Oh, I also have this double axe (dunno where it came from) that I found in my house.

Hit Mana Leech 40%
Hit Lower Attack 28%
Hit Life Leech 37%
Swing Speed Increase 25 %
Damage Increase 45%

The ornate axe is pretty good and the double axe is alright as well. I'm sure you could get quite a few mil for the ornate at the least. The double axe... if you find the right buyer you can probably get a couple mil for that too.
