[Price Check] PC on some Rubble

Hello,

I've been away from UO for some years now and would like to get a general price range on some rubble. Please do not send me PMs offering me some amount of gold as these are not for sale. I simply want a general price range and if some still fetch a decent amount then they might be put in an auction.

I also forgot to add in the picture the following:

Rubble band aid
Rubble Broken Vanity
Rubble Table w/ Purple Cloth

Any help on any item will be most appreciated.

Hi,

You should auction atleast the items I put on bold, that way you get the best price for them.

I just put mostly high-prices i've seen in the past month or so.

From the upper left to the lower right in bag order:

Not in picture:
- Rubble band aid (VERY DESIREABLE and ULTRA RARE!), havent seen one for sale.
- Rubble Broken Vanity (VERY DESIREABLE), havent seen one for sale.
- Rubble Table w/ Purple Cloth (VERY DESIREABLE), havent seen one for sale.

Bag 1:
- sign hanger, small curl, East or south bound, 20-30m
- bed end, white linen, 2-4m

bag 2:
- 4 x Church bench piece, north end. 40-60m (depending highly on buyer)

bag 3:
- carved/cracked sandstone cornerpiece 30m+ (might be alot more, I havent seen one in a while)
- east-facing sandstone wall piece w/window. anywhere from 5-9

bag4:
- decorated sandstone wallpieces, 20m+ (I personally sold 4 of these for 22.5-25m / piece)

bag5:
- Mushrooms, small, 7 in a bunch, 15-20m
- dark small yucca, ~1m?

bag6:
-full bed with cream linen cloth, 10m

bag7:
- BAR-table (quite desirable!), middle piece, 75m (one was sold yesterday for that price)
- BAR-table southern end piece, 75m+ (havent seen one for sale, so might be alot more)

bag 8:
- broken bookcase, 80m+ (one was sold for 71m instantly two weeks ago)
- fallen chair, 15-25m, depends highly on the buyer.
- broken armoire, 75m+

bag 9:
- broken wardrobe, 75m+ one was sold for 71m instantly two weeks ago)
- small table, 15m+

bag 10:
- boat piece, west corner, 80m+
- boat piece, north east side, 80m+

bag 11:
- sandstone wallpiece, N-corner, 10m (sold five of these 11m ea)
- sandstone cube, 150m+

bag 12:
- small tentpiece, 10m+
- large tentpiece, 20m+

bag 13:
- necro reagent, 15m+
- blood tile, 15m+(havent seen one for sale, might be more)
- large bed, 2-8m/piece (depends on the buyer)



Hope this helps atleast some.

Note: Some prices I told might vary quite alot depending on buyer (and I mean upwards).
So auctioning most of them is the best way to go.

i saw rubble table with purple table cloth sell for 60mil off a vendor after a day of spamming. hope that helps. i probably should have bought it. Hope that helps a bit.

@ Nallez: Thank you for taking the time to give a very detailed price check of my rubble. I really appreciate you taking the time and effort. And I agree, it all definitely depends on how bad someone wants item (I know I've overpaid to decorate my old keep), but I'm glad that these rubble items still fetch a worthy price.

@ Smoot: Thanks for the info. 60-75 mil is a fine price by me.

@ Everyone else who seems interested in the items: I'm glad there is some interest but I'm still in the process of getting everything in order. If I do decide to sell any item there will be an auction first so don't worry =)

@ Alex of ATL: I understand your desire for that piece - it's a fav of mine too. Don't worry if I sell there will be an auction.
