¤ The Shieldmeet follows the Midsummer of every year. The ceremony consists of rituals and pledges expressing loyalty and renewing oaths. Tormtar usually marry, sign contracts, and hire apprentices on this sacred day. The Gentle Rest Inn lends its support, in the form of training, sanctuary, and weapons, to guardians, paladins, and loyal knights throughout Sosaria.
