Not counting a couple cheapies on Atlantic, the price range today is 11mil to 45mil, with the average selling price about 14mil. It will move fast at anything under that.

Not dreaming, I saw two for sale for that just yesterday. Of course THOSE won't sell, but check around, my range and average quote is truth.
