asking 35m for this keep.. the location of it is in the grove of love.. (named for the heart shaped clearing of trees)

i would be willing to trade this keep for a very well placed 18x18 in malas or tram, that i can turn into an auction house.. (must be near a gate, or luna/brit) other locations may be considered if they are "cool" or unique.. accepting all offers!

It seems the cats economy is in a dry spell. I will take 25m for this keep or a good tram/malas 18x18.
