Ending : Best offer 10M or more in 24 hrs, or Target 20M with 30min window for further offers.
Meaning
- You bid 10M, and no one else bids in 24 hrs, you win, OR
- Your bid of larger than 10M, but less than 20M is the highest in 24 hrs, you win, OR
- Bidding hits 20M or more, highest bid for 30 mins, you win
