Only have Misc in my skill listing

Not sure what happened. At first i had no skill listings at all, i hit new group and it made new one and my skills was all in that. Then after i'd logged out i get back on to see misc, and all my skills are in that. It's just on two chars both the same name. I tried copying over the skillgrp file from another char but still just have the misc skill group. Is there anything else i can do?

Start new groups and move skills into them,

I have misc and my skills as the only 2 groups in my list, makes it easier for me to keep track.
