Is it possible to imbue the newbie quest jewelery obtained from Haven Quests? If so what can I put onto it? what mods are possible and how much of them?

not sure but aren't those blessed? if so i dont think u can imbue/unravel them

They are indeed blessed. This is why I would like to imbue them 
The exact error it gives on the New Haven jewelry is the "This item already possesses special material and cannot be imbued" one (so no, you can't).
You can imbue the "an old ring" and "an old necklace" from the seamstress quest (but they aren't blessed)
