for normal wood, go check Ilshenar for the Random Gypsy camps (as opposed to the fixed ones). The random camps spawn at certain specific sites, some of which are detailed in a link on Stratics (go search the atlas for Ilshenar, there). Some of the locations listed do not spawn camps, and other locations can have them, not on the list, apparently due to changes before AoS.
These camps, when they spawn, have boards starting at 3 GP per board (increasing 1 GP per 1000 sold).
As for colored boards, I don't play Atlantic, so you're on your own.
