Just looking for another price check on this item

"A Deed for a vendor named Ellsworth"

I think these are an old rare from quite a while back, haven't seen one in a good couple of years though, any idea what they are worth?

Once were worth much money because this kind of deed allowed to place a vendor and then kill him, so it was used to gain uniquely colored sandals.

Now that there's no limit in dying items/clothes they're much less interesting.
