This lovely oceanside home in Trammel doesn't get much more scenic: three sides are surrounded by water, one side is nestled in the woods. The nearest neighbor is about a screen and a half away, so it is a very secluded property. The occasional spawn is what you'd expect in the jungle--alligators or snakes. I believe that it is 17x12, but you are welcome to count for yourself.

I purchased the house in an auction for 10 million, hoping to sell it for a profit, but I became too attached to the location to sell it. Now that I am closing this particular account, I figure I might as well try to get what I paid for it.
