[Cooking] NPC Orders in Inns

You know with all the cooks out there and inns in all the towns.. you'd think that one inn would have a npc which allows you to cook and receive small rewards kinda like vesper and the wood museum. I wouldn't really want statues though.. more like common items.. they could even mix in an alchemist or separate all the britain npc order ppl into their respective shops and not lump them all into one library.

Ideas for cooking gifts anyone?
