My friends and I were clearing out the 3rd level of Covetous, and we noticed a note that says "3-4-1-5". It's stuck under a throne. Can anyone enlighten us on what this is? Part of a quest?

Probably best to ask on the shard forum, for the shard you found it on. There are a lot of old shard-specific event deco laying around. The shard natives would probably be able to recall the meaning of it more vividly. I don't recall a global event with it personally.
