Ninja skill gain with a Fukiya?

Is it possible to get a ninjitsu skill gain with a Fukiya? I have not had it happen yet, but was curious if anyone has ever gotten one when using it?

Just so you get some kind of response, I'll say that I have never experienced this though I think my Ninja skill is usually locked when I get around to using the darts.

Sadly you do not, just as you don't gain skill from animal form despite the higher forms having less than 100% success rate even at 120. Kinda messed up imo.

You can gain from shuriken(idk how high now and then I get a gain at 101) but it's not worth the resources to do it that way.
