Livery Coalition

The Livery Coalition was created by the Ethereal Void Imperium on August 22, 2010. All townships on the Chesapeake shard are welcome to join this Coalition. With each township added its ability expands. Each township brings to the table their own unique abilities and members. The townships of the coalition will work together to assist each township in receiving a Stable through the Livery Guild Quest.

In order to receive a stable each township will require 5 recommendations but have the ability to obtain 10 recommendations. Extra recommendations can be transferred to any township within the Coalition should they not have the required amount (5) for a stable.

Should the Coalition have extra recommendations, it will be up to the township leaders of the Coalition to all decide what they wish to do with them. They may save them for later use, use them on a township inside the Coalition that is not listed as attempting to gain a stable, sell, trade or transfer them to a township in need outside of the Coalition. The following townships will be going for a stable. (Please note this list differs from the one above.)

The townships of Cimmerian Pass and Kijustsu Anei Keys does not desire a stable location. Cimmerian Pass already has a NPC stable location and the Keys does not require one BUT each township wishes to assist the Coalition. Should they change their minds and enough recommendations are left over, Cimmerians Pass will have the first opportunity to request them. The Baja Roleplayers Alliance will be given the same assistance on their shard when needed.

What are the details of this quest? I've heard that recalls are prohibited, but can the static moongates be used? For example; Minoc, Brit Bank, etc?

Each township was given a book with specific amounts and types of resources (wood and iron ingots) to obtain before midnight est. We were told they had to be new (as in just mined or chopped from the tree). We were also informed that we could not recall or use player casted gates to travel but that we could use in-game gates. Please note that this was just for the Minoc part of the quest and the EMs have stated that each town will likely have different requirements to gain their recommendation.
